Use our “Match with a Trainer” feature to find your personal trainer. You can find trainers for muscle building, fat loss, and to tone up your body. If you’ve already found a trainer, you can enter your trainer’s personal ID and connect to him with our app.
The personal trainer will build a comprehensive workout and nutrition program for you, which you can access through our app. You can view the program through the Workout Calendar, Nutrition, and Supplements sections.
This is the place to monitor your stats. Enter your data such as weight, body fat, and body part measurements. Aside from your personal stats, you can also enter your Goals here. Choose your primary focus, the physique you are trying to achieve, your targets, and when you expect to achieve your goal. We also have BMI Calculator to help you calculate your body mass.
In this section, you view the workout schedule and exercise plans from your Trainer. The plan might consist of gym workouts that use fitness equipment and exercises you can do at home, outdoors, or in a gym, including abdominal exercises, weightlifting, weight training, and strength training.
This section also contains information about the exercises and the instructions on how to perform them.
Achieving fitness goal is impossible without proper nutrition and calorie intake. Here you can view the menu and calorie intake your trainer assigned to you. Tap on the Consumed box whenever you’ve consumed the food.
